Marcus Mariota is a dynamic and electrifying quarterback for the Washington Commanders, known for his dual-threat ability and leadership on the field. Selected second overall by the Tennessee Titans in the 2015 NFL Draft, Mariota made an immediate impact, becoming a cornerstone for the franchise.
Before his NFL career, Mariota was a force to be reckoned with at the University of Oregon, where he dominated as the starting quarterback from 2012 to 2014. In his junior year, he etched his name in history by becoming the first Oregon Duck—and the first athlete from Hawaii—to win the prestigious Heisman Trophy. His blazing speed, pinpoint accuracy, and football IQ made him one of the most electrifying college quarterbacks of his era.
In the NFL, Mariota turned the Titans into contenders, leading them to three straight winning seasons and helping to revitalize the franchise. Known for his ability to execute in clutch moments, Mariota’s leadership and playmaking were key to Tennessee’s success.
