Bio
Cam is coming off a phenomenal 2023 spring and summer. After a successful freshman campaign, in which he set numerous FSU and SEC Freshman records leading him to ACC All-Freshman Team honors, Cam tore up the Cape Cod League (the top collegiate summer league in the country) where he won the league’s Most Outstanding Pro Prospect Award (past winners include Mark Teixeira and Matt Wieters). Over 44 games in the Cape, he hit .347, 6 HR and a .575 SLG, the 6th best in the league, and was named to the mid-season All-Star Team. Cam will be a key piece for the Seminoles who reloaded through the transfer portal for 2024. Cam’s draft stock is sky high heading into his sophomore season; Baseball America and New Balance’s Future Stars Series have him ranked as a first-round talent in 2024 mock drafts.
