Roger Steele is a golf enthusiast, entrepreneur, personality, and philanthropist from Chicago’s West Side. Steeles original content series has led to endorsements such as Rill Talk with Dewar’s, Range Talk with Callaway, and Rill Money Talk with SoFi. Steele delivers content that is fun, different, and challenges the status quo in golf.
Steele is the co-founder of HIPE Media, a creative story-telling agency for progressive companies. HIPE works with brands, athletes, and organizations to help tell their stories in a more compelling way.
Golf continues to be a focal point as it served as the sole marketing source for the business, but it also became a deeper passion as Steele noticed the lack of representation, resources, and access at every level of the game, especially for minorities.
Steele spends his time volunteering for various youth organizations locally and nationally, including Youth on Course, The Sports Shed, and Champs Mentoring. Steele also founded HIPE Golf, a non-profit that supports programs and athletes in their efforts to thrive in the game; He believes that golf has an unparalleled ability to connect any and everyone, thus we all should have the ability to play.
