Bio
Kyle Tucker is an American professional baseball right fielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Known for his power, athleticism in the outfield, and dynamic two-way production, Tucker has emerged as one of the sport’s premier offensive talents and consistent impact players.
A former first-round draft pick (5th overall in 2015), Tucker made his MLB debut with the Houston Astros in 2018 and quickly developed into a cornerstone hitter. Over the course of his career, he has established himself as a feared presence at the plate thanks to his ability to drive the ball for power while also showing excellent discipline and run-production skills.
Tucker’s accomplishments include multiple All-Star selections (2022–2025), a World Series championship (2022), the Gold Glove Award for his elite defensive work in right field, multiple Silver Slugger Awards, and recognition on the All-MLB Second Team. He also led the American League in RBIs in 2023, showcasing his key role as a run producer.
In January 2026, Tucker signed a lucrative four-year contract with the Dodgers, joining a star-studded lineup and transitioning after seven seasons with the Astros and one with the Chicago Cubs (2025).
Off the field, Tucker is committed to giving back. Through the Kyle Tucker Foundation, he raises funds to support hospice care and other charitable causes, reflecting his dedication to community impact.
When he’s not playing baseball or working on his philanthropy, Tucker enjoys spending time with his family in Florida and unwinding with video games. He and his partner are also expecting their first child in March, marking an exciting new chapter off the field!
