The New Zealand native, Lydia turned professional in 2013 at the age of 16, after becoming the only player to win twice on the LPGA as an amateur. In 2015, Lydia became the youngest player, male or female, to achieve world No. 1 ranking. She was also named the 2015 Rolex Player of the Year (youngest-ever winner), Race to CME Globe Winner, and Tour Money Winner. At The 2016 Evian Championship, Lydia, at the age of 18, became the youngest woman to win a Major Championship.
