Julian Sayin

Former five-star recruit and current starting quarterback at Ohio State University, Julian Sayin is making a name for himself as one of college football’s breakout stars. Julian is earning praise for his poise, leadership, and advanced football IQ.
Julian is a quarterback for the Ohio State Buckeyes and was one of the highest-regarded recruits in the class of 2024. Sayin is known for his accuracy, pocket mobility, and ability to make difficult plays look easy.
Born in Solana Beach, California, he attended Carlsbad High School all four years. There Sayin finished with nearly 8,000 career passing yards, 95 total touchdowns, and accumulated a 30-4 record. He also participated in the finals of the prestigious 2023 Elite 11 Quarterback competition and was named the MVP.
He was a consensus five-star recruit and originally committed to the University of Alabama, where he was an early enrollee during the 2023 season. Prior to the 2024 season, Sayin entered the transfer portal and committed to Ohio State and is now poised to be the next breakout star for the Buckeyes.
Off the field, he has an older brother, Aidan, who currently plays football for the University of Pennsylvania, and two older sisters, Bailey and Jocelyn. Julian is known for his humble demeanor and old-school personality.
