Nico Harrison is a former NBA executive, global business leader, and strategic advisor known for building trusted relationships, leading high-performance teams, and operating at the intersection of leadership, culture, and business. Most recently, Harrison served as General Manager and President of Basketball Operations for the Dallas Mavericks, where he oversaw team strategy, talent acquisition, organizational leadership, and decision-making in one of the most competitive environments in professional sports. Prior to the Mavericks, Harrison spent nearly two decades at Nike, where he rose to Vice President of North America Sports Marketing. During his tenure, he worked alongside many of the world’s most influential athletes, coaches, brands, and business leaders across multiple sports, helping shape partnerships, navigate complex negotiations, and build long-term relationships on a global scale.
